eventScheduler:
  this directory contains the the files for building Harvard 
  TCP/IP network simulator's event scheduler (HarvardTCPIP)

iftunAutoGen:
  this directory contains an utility which can read a simulation 
  network linkfile to automatically generate the associated tunnel interface 
  ifconfig commands 

routeAutoGen:
  this directory contains an utility which can read a simulation network 
  linkfile to automatically generate the associated as-seen-by-node(i) 
  routing entries commands
