Each panel presenter is expected to prepare a brief position statement (no more than 10 minutes) before we open up the floor to discussion. Information for Informational Meeting presenters: The informational meeting consists of two sessions: one on architectures and another on programming models. Presenters should prepare a talk of no more than 20 minutes in length on their project, with a focus on highlighting open issues. Please prepare your slides in Powerpoint or PDF and we will provide a laptop for displaying all of the talks. In addition, all funded NOSS projects should prepare a poster for presentation during the lunchtime poster session on October 18. Posters should measure no more than 3'x4' and we will provide easels and foam boards for mounting your poster. Even if you are not attending the informational meeting, please bring a poster to the PI meeting and we will hang it up for you. Presenters should contact the meeting organizers ASAP if you are unable to present in your assigned time slot. |
