NOSS Principal Investigator Meeting Information

The NOSS PI meeting will be held on October 17, 2005 (note date change) at Harvard University. The links on the left provide information on transportation and hotels. The meeting will take place in Maxwell Dworkin Hall, Room 119, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

This meeting is for principal investigators for NOSS-funded projects and attendance is by invitation only. You should have received an email with details of the meeting. If you are a PI on a NOSS project and have not been contacted, please send a note to noss@eecs.harvard.edu.

All PIs are encouraged to attend the informational meeting on October 18 as well. (You do not need to register separately for the informational meeting.) An important aspect of the informational meeting is to present summaries of currently-funded NOSS projects and discuss the future of the NOSS program.

You should make your own travel and hotel arrangements for the meeting. Hotel information is found on the links to the left. Harvard University is located in Cambridge, MA and the nearest airport is Boston's Logan International Airport (BOS). Transport from the airport to Cambridge is possible by taxi or subway. Each NOSS-funded project (not individual PI) will be reimbursed up to $900 for travel expenses. Please save all of your receipts for travel expenses and submit them to us after the meeting and we will process the reimbursement. Because our funding for this meeting is limited, we ask that you make every effort to minimize your expenses.

There is no registration fee and meals will be provided during the meeting.
