Submission guidelines:
Submissions of position papers are due April 1, 2004, and should not exceed 5 pages (excluding references and appendices). Two column papers are acceptable, but the font size should be no smaller than 10pt. Papers must be submitted electronically, preferably in PDF format, using the web-based system below.
