My work with Prof. Roger Brockett deals with the application of control theory to the design of measurement systems. I am particularly interested in applications to RADAR and control of sensor networks. Here is my CCDC '09 paper on RADAR waveform selection. Magnetic Resonance ImagingI am currently working on applying Active Sensing ideas to speed up acquisition of MR images at the Cardiac MR center at Beth Isreal Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA.
My work at AT&T Labs Research dealt with characterizing scene-based limits of stereo vision performance. I also worked on image-based reconstruction of 3D scenes for free viewpoint video.
