Tutorial/workshop registration includes attendance in all the workshops and tutorial sessions you have selected and access to proceedings or notes for these sessions, coffee breaks and lunch.

You can register through our online registration web site. On this web site, which supports 128-bit encryption, you can securely submit your payment online via credit card. Alternatively, you can print out the personalized payment form provided on the online registration web site, fill it out and send it to us by mail or fax.
Online registration consists of three steps:
Enter the basic registration information.
Verify the data before committing the registration.
Provide payment information (either online payment through a credit card, or offline payment through mailing or faxing). For online payment, your credit card information will be encrypted and sent to a secure server.
You will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation at the end of the registration process. A hardcopy receipt will be provided at the conference.
Note that the online registration site will stay active until the end of the conference.
You may cancel your registration until November 17, 2004 with a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after November 17, 2004.
