For now at least there isn't a formal bug database for OS/161. The bug count isn't too large.

Significant known issues as of OS/161 1.99.05:

• The solution set buffer cache will assert if you drop a buffer while it's being synced. Fortunately this doesn't happen too often; unfortunately it's not so easily avoided.

Significant known issues as of System/161 1.99.04:

• If you drive the serial device in polled mode (that is, by waiting for characters to clear) it causes the interrupt line to flap, and if that interrupt line is wired to a different processor from the one working the device it causes lots of apparently spurious interrupts. OS/161 has a workaround, but this needs to be fixed in the hardware before System/161 2.0 is released.

Bug reports should be sent to the author or via this silly web form. Please be sure that what you're reporting is a bug and not something you're supposed to be implementing, or something deliberately left out to make the students' lives easier.
