I am a member of the Regev Lab at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. My primary research focus is on the evolutionary histories of genes and their transcriptional regulatory programs in yeasts.

I also work with Avi Pfeffer (my PhD supervisor) and Nir Friedman.

In the past I taught Computational Molecular Biology (Fall, 2003) and Intelligent Machines: Perception, Learning, and Uncertainty (Spring, 2005; 2006).

Before moving to the Broad Institute, I worked at the FAS Center for Systems Biology.

I was recently a resident tutor at Currier House, and before that I was a non-res at Pfoho.
