Laguna Verde
Here is the trusty four-wheel drive that took us around the southern altiplano for 4 days. Eight people were cramped into this one vehicle that suffered continual problems with the brakes and even got a flat tire at one point. If you get stranded out here, then you're really screwed: there is no human habitation for many miles. Luckily all of the food and water we needed were packed on top of the vehicle.
