One of the best aspects of China is the food. We had an incredible culinary adventure there. At De Fa Chang restaurant, the specialty is the 'dumpling banquet' involving over 20 kinds of dumplings. After you finish eating, the staff brings out an additional enormous plate of pork dumplings and tell you that you can have as many as you want!
