Traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony, at the home of our guide, Mesfin Ali Kebede. Asking for coffee generally commits you to at least an hour-long production, involving roasting the coffee beans over a fire, followed by the paintaking process of grinding the beans by hand. Finally the ground coffee is boiled and served in tiny cups with at least three spoons of sugar each. Yum!
