Mysore
After a couple of days exploring the sites around Bangalore and Mysore, we got a chance to see a bit of Mysore city itself -- a pleasant town dominated by a tremendous palace. This bizarre and colorful statue stands guard in the Chamundi Hills, just outside of Mysore city.
