Vientiane
Wat Sisaket, the oldest wat in Vientiane, now converted into something of a museum. It was refreshing to visit these places with virtually no other tourists around, but the vacancy was somewhat surreal - I guess all the backpackers are too busy getting drunk in Vang Vieng...
