Kathmandu
After wandering around the valley, we returned to Kathmandu. Here are two guys carrying loads (furniture?) in Durbar Square. Notice the use of the namlo, a strap around the forehead from which they bear the entire load. This is how loads are traditionally carried in Nepal.
