Nagarkot

After returning from Chitwan we set off for Nagarkot, a little village on the rim of the Kathmandu Valley which has commanding views of the Himalayan range -- we even caught a glimpse of Sagarmartha (Mount Everest) which is just barely visible on the horizon!

Tourist lodges in Nepal are often creatively named; I particularly liked this one (a nod to Douglas Adams?) Yes, "The Restaurant at the End of the Universe" was nearby.
