Yuribol Village
One day during our visit, Amy and Veronica were called to run a day clinic at a little "medical center" (really a bushhouse with some rudimentary medical supplies). A lot of people came from nearby villages to be seen by them, with everything ranging from minor eye infections to pretty serious long-term illnesses. Medical care is notoriously bad in the highlands and it takes nearly a full day to travel to the nearest hospital. My training in computer science did not make me well-suited to helping out here, so I told a lot of stories to the locals and took some pictures.
