Borobudur
Our first morning in Yogyakarta we took a bus to Borobudur (about an hour and a half away), which is one of the largest Buddhist temples in the world. It was built around 750 AD and is beautifully set amongst jungles, surrounded by volcanoes and mountain ranges. This is a view of part of the stupa at Borobudur.
